Absolutely no words to describe how blessed we feel!! Our Garage was UNBELIEVABLE! So many of you donated your items....donated your time....donated bake goods...but most of all, you prayed...and the LORD HEARD YOUR PRAYERS!

God literally OPENED the skies for us! The only, NO RAINING spot in the sky was right over OUR HOUSE!!! Can you believe it...the hour by hour weather forecast was rain ALL day...NOT ONE DROP of rain fell on our garage sale....can you believe it!! We had a sunny spot while surrounded by dark rain clouds the whole time....totally our Lord!!

Solomon's Garage Sale

We are having a HUGE Garage Sale tomorrow and Saturday. Saturday's forecast says RAIN ... ahhh, please pray for no rain until AFTER our sale!

We have been blessed tremendously by our friends and can't wait to see what the Lord is going to do.

~I know that I can ask pretty big...that is just CRAZY awesome!! I am clinging to this verse today! Not only does the Lord give exceedingly abundantly, He gives exactly what we need in His perfect timing!

It's on it's waaayyy....

We received our completed homestudy today. YEAH!!!! So, I rushed to the UPS store and sent off our i800a to the immigration department. This is a HUGE step closer to our baby boy. Please pray that this document is processed super fast!!!!

I also sent our entire, ORIGINAL dossier to our agency's office in South Carolina. I had a really hard time letting that one go....it has all of our notarized, original documents needed for the international part of our adoption...it's very scary!!! Once our agency receives this packet, they will begin translating it and when our immigration approval comes our dossier will take a trip to the state departments to be authenticated....then it will finally be off to China!!!

Gold Party UPDATE!

Talk about FUN!!! I learned sooo much about gold and different metals! The average person walked away with a check of $500...YES...$500. It was all gold they don't wear anymore...broken necklaces, mis-matched earrings, out of date jewelry. AMAZING!

I was looking through some older pictures today and couldn't stop giggling when I saw this....we had just gotten home from China with baby C...look how chubby baby S's legs are...hehehe...LOVE IT!!

We just received word from our fabulous, amazing agency...Nightlight Christian Adoptions...we have be awarded a $2000 grant towards our adoption fees!!! We are so excited!!! And of course...this is exactly what we needed for the first phase of our international adoption fees...HOW COOL IS OUR GOD!! He continues to be faithful and provide our 'mana'...just what we need, when we need it, EXACTLY what we need...no more, no less! LOVE IT!!

One more step closer to you baby boy...we love you so much!!

The process...

Dh & I felt clearly called to IA, again.

Of course, we are using NCA.

Our ds found us through a sn/wc email.

Immediately sent our LOI to CCAA requesting PA to adopt ds.

Began our HS and

tried not to pester our sweet sw to hurry things along.

We need our HS so we can submit our I800A to the NBC at USCIS.

Once we have USCIS approval, we can be DTC and

Get the magic LID.

All the while stalking RQ while we wait for our

LOA, I800, for NVC to send cable, & article 5 AND

Ultimately get our TA and CA!!!

And THAT is the adoption process in a nutshell :)
